Tim Walz Lo The Boom On JD Vance Over Jan. 6

In the Bay Area, you can get Secret Breakfast ice cream at Humphrey Slocum’s - bourbon ice cream with cornflakes. It’s their best-seller…

Well, Israeli conflict was lead question & Brennan fired it off & Walz was like a deer in headlights. It was a fire hot initial question. Tiananmen Sq was later on but it was very personal, not tied to policy nor political issues. I found it pointless & clear character attack. Which is why I waited for Vance character question. He should have been asked about all his name changes as in…… You’ve said it’s ok to change opinions is that true of names as well. How many name changes have you had?

But alas, we likely would have needed to be fact checked, so it didn’t happen.

It’s beautiful. The French shoulders should make the high register easier, no? (Is your current/old bass German style?)

Congratulations. I hope you establish a long history with it.

There is something about a new instrument that makes practicing more pleasurable.

Depends on how weird you are. I’ve always been fascinated by Jack Reeds reports on Pancho Villa.

Thank you Marcus.

Marcus was frustrated that Vance kept insisting that Kamala Harris has had 3+ years to enact her agenda. Marcus then explains what the role of the V.P. actually is and noted that neither candidate was asked what they would do on day 1 of their Vice Presidency.

“They, those have such a weird way of saying it. ‘Nee-jjjjjjer.’ They, I, they … don’t know what to say it, right? (Gravel singsong voice) Not the way we said it growing up in MY house. But, you’re we’re not supposed to say it the right way (singsong) They don’t eeeeven know how to say it But that’s ok”

It’s OK, it’s actually a little bigger shouldered than my current bass. It’s what called bussetto cornered with really narrow shoulders, and big lower bouts. The ribs on this are deeper so I do have to work on my right arm position, the strings seem further forward. It’s really odd the stuff you notice.

Indeed. But he must do a thorough, root cause analysis of how he got here and how it can be prevented going forward…

The federal bureaucracy is made up of rules and procedures and statutory guidelines and those who work in it follow them (mostly) and understand the role they play in keeping the machine working. Then there are the “only I can fix it” type. The “savior needing” type. The “I don’t see how that affects me” type. Bottom line…there are way too many people who believe that one person can do everything and be responsible for everything and have all the power. While here in the real world most of us understand that that is just BS!

At this point, I just trust Biden to figure it out. He always does. I hope Kamala keeps him around in some capacity, as a president emeritus or something.

A lot of people think that when the fi is gone the problem is gone. He wouldn’t be in the position he is if he didn’t have followers (sycophants). Hitler didn’t do naziism by himself. This is just a battle in the war for the continuation and advancement of the American ideal and we had better arm ourselves for the long haul. “They” aren’t going away when the fi is finally gone (or in jail!).

With the Alamo, I think you’re giving the average American too much credit.

Most Texans, let alone Americans, don’t know the Alamo was on Mexican soil until the United States Army went in to claim the territory on behalf of proslavery factions attempting to steal the land.
