Now clearly embarrassing his Republican Party by refusing to sign a bipartisan bill at the very last minute was a d&ck move, but the conman does not care. Truth be told he enjoys it.
Petty acts of revenge is in his DNA. If he were not the President the solution would be to ignore and isolate him. As it stands (thanks to the Calvinball 6 giving him immunity), the only solution is Impeachment and conviction. Or death while in office.
For the former, not a chance. The jury is still out on the latter.
