The people on the bench thanks to Trump are, predictably horrible. But not one of them was “appointed” by him. Presidents do not “appoint” judges. They nominate them and they are confirmed by Congress. I truly wish TPM and other media would learn to write that a judge was “nominated” by Trump, not “appointed” by him.

This man demonstrates his own incompetence and lack of knowledge about the job he holds. The simple fact that he nominated anyone for any position, let alone a judgeship, does not imply that they owe him any loyalty. It is more than likely that the man who twice swore to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution has never even read it. 86 47.

Impeachments are in order. Sure, we might not get convictions, but let these fuckers live with the black mark…a forever asterisk on their judicial careers in the history books.

And not only with judges, who have to wait for a particular case that Trump wants decided in a particular way comes along. And certainly with cabinet members, who can do damage on a daily basis. Which is worse depends on how you weight lifetime tenure as opposed to constant opportunity to do harm.

a fine example of that is CASH PATEL..he actually went scuba diving, for fun, around the burial site of hundreds of AMERICAN seamen/ sailors,i realize CASH is not an of american heritage, so the sea-grave of americans killed in WW2, means nothing to him… he was appointed by trumpf, who also said people buried at Arlington were fools, yet men in to- days military salute the coward.it boggles the mind; where did these things come from?
