The White House's Latest Anti-Fraud Spin Does Not Come Close to Adding Up

Originally published at: The White House’s Latest Anti-Fraud Spin Does Not Come Close to Adding Up

During his State of the Union address in February, President Trump made an absurd, fantastical and quickly debunked claim: Once Vice President JD Vance had a chance to root out fraud from (blue states’) social services programs, the federal budget would be balanced and the deficit would disappear. That claim has been making the rounds…

Is JD going to investigate TAX FRAUD?

If people paid their tax obligations the deficit could be closed. But the GOP has Defunded the “Tax Police”.

GOP = Pro Crime.

Stephen Miller is inherently evil. J.D. Vance is stupid and evil by virtue of his stupidity. Evil is evil.

I think Vance is smart but driven by ambition.

Hasn’t the administration already pardoned a bunch of fraudsters who donated to the cause?

Yes. Because they were “smart”.

He’s utterly trashing the White House — a sad metaphor for what Trump and his regime are doing to our country:

another weapon in the retribution campaign Trump’s waging against blue states by withholding federal funds as a form of punishment for various, nebulous offenses.

READ AS:
Trump intentionally screwing up state economies to provide fodder for an expensive propaganda campaign against Democratic Party goals. This is what every Republican politician is working toward, spewing hatred for Democratic Party platforms.

You remember the Democratic platform. Things like not killing pregnant women, not killing school children, not trafficking anybody, much less a child, general fairness, states’ rights, the equality of people, stuff like that… oxygen, medicine, experience…

Smart - but not smart enough to recognize that doing something about global warming would be a good idea - even for the precious, precious, trillionaires.

When do people finally get mad about stuff like this and actually do something about it?

Of course it doesn’t come close to adding up. That’s a dog bites man story.

If it did add up, that would be a giant “Stop the presses moment.” Not go6nna happen. You’re never going to see a “Trump tells Truth About J6” story.

It’s never going to add up. They don’t do adding up.

Not smart, and not self-aware. Don’t forget that JD was an affirmative-action admit to Yale Law School, which reserves 7% of each class for military veterans. And his book was underwhelming, at best. I see no evidence that he’s smart, only that he’s completely without principles.

No. Not all heroes wear capes.

Some lurk around desolate islands, preying on young girls for private sexual pleasure, later financial gain, and finally complete and permanent silence, so their legacies can be displayed on arches and in memes.

…week.

Excellent idea. When data is falsified, it’s hard to tell the fraudsters from the enforcers.

the retribution campaign: The DOJ just announced they have opened an investigation on E Jean Carroll. “She may have committed perjury in her civil lawsuits.”

At this rate they will run out of agents to investigate his enemies and lawyers to prosecute.

Fat boy’s endorsement of Sleazy boy may have added a few votes to the wipe out but he, as always, didn’t pop it until late polls showed Paxton with a significant lead.

That said he will take credit.

As a vet who’s out of country experience was 18 months in Texas that bull shit is especially insulting.

ETA. They should have included a picture of his fucking foot warts.

ETA2. I’m minor league. The insult to any and all who have seen combat is forever.
