Of course the Roberts court reaffirmed Jones v Clinton. They recognize that Trump is toast, but a President Biden and any future Democrats are now in play. Expect thousands of frivolous civil suits launched from the Republican swamp within days of Biden’s inauguration. It’s the Long Game. If it tears down the rule of law, tough. The wealthy will survive … and prosper.
