The Trump Blog Lasted 29 Days | Talking Points Memo

Well, that was short-lived.

Former President Trump’s blog — where Trump sought refuge to post statements after social media giants banned him from their platforms for violating anti-violence policies — shut down for good on Wednesday after a mere 29 days.

Didn’t someone point out last month that people like Miller are being paid by the exit transition team, which only lasts 6 months after they leave office? So did someone tell Trump he’d was going to have to take care of editing his own material for his blog? Plus learn how to post it?

Some persistent lawyer must’ve finally broken through with the message that every statement from that blog can be used as evidence of culpability for the events of 1/6.

I’m still surprised that Trump hasn’t tried to join Parler or other right wing sites to spread his message…that’s where his audience is, and he’d get back his worshipful messages without any of the liberals poking at him.

It really is amazing how Trump has such a hold on the Republican base (and therefore the Republican politicians) without any real way to get his message out right now. It does make me wonder if there’s private communications going on that are planning something…the recent talk of an August takeover of the government would be worrying if there were any path for Trump to get back into power, but may point to some kind of event in August. Members of Congress are usually back home in August, if you wanted to hit them individually that would be a good time.

“This is something that I think will be the hottest ticket in social media, it’s going to completely redefine the game, and everybody is going to be waiting and watching to see what exactly President Trump does,” Miller said.

Is this the same as how Trumpp promised Americans so much “winning”? So much “winning” that we’d get tired of all the “winning”?

I’d laugh, but “we” actually did win last November. Not tired of it one bit!
