Well, but that’s only if we completely eliminate additional revenue from the equation, i.e. tax increases, presumably on the richest Americans and corporations. So, there’s the problem: trying to balance the budget only through limiting costs, with any additional revenue off the table.

Good luck, though I’m confident the Repubs will do nothing about the revenue part.
