I hear that Sinclair stations will air everyone’s favorite: Swan Lake with Lawrence Welk conducting. Tomorrow, it’s a tribute to Charlie Kirk with Lee Greenwood leading the choir and Don Jr. going Old Testament on the libs.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! We’ll forego the boxtops requirement. Here’s your very own badge! (The run-on sentence decoder ring is coming under separate cover.)
And a selection of polkas, hosted by Lt. Hauk.
I fail to understand why John Roberts keeps giving more power to someone that has clearly lost his marbles.
Because he’s not giving it to TSF, he’s giving it to the dipshits surrounding TSF who control him in his demented state so that they can continue to wreak their havoc. Think to yourself “Cui bono?” and you’ll be aligned…
I almost never watch network TV, and when I do watch any news on it, I don’t watch the ABC affiliate available to me, out of Albany (NY). But I tuned in tonight and, at 11:45, am still watching local news. Kimmel was supposed to start at 11:35. A report on Siena’s basketball teams is currently on. A Sinclair or Nexstar affiliate? Now it’s 11:47.
Tuned into the local ABC affiliate available to me via Spectrum, my cable provider, to watch Kimmel. Tuned in early so as not to miss the opening.
For the last couple of minutes I’ve been watching baseball. Sound off, but a lot of home runs from different teams being pictured. Finally they get to tonight’s Yankees v. Cubs (great game! I tuned in an out of it but stayed glued in the last two, exciting innings. Turned out great!). So now we’re onto the Red Sox v. Toronto (Toronto lost.) 11:52: Giants football came next. Now it’s 11:53 and no Jimmy Kimmel.
I’m assuming I’ll be able to watch the show at an ABC site or YouTube tomorrow. Other ways. (Have Sinclair and Nexstar taken that into account?) But I’m pissed that I’ve stayed up to watch it live and cannot.
11:56: the news anchors at ABC out of Albany are sitting around their desk chatting. OH: NEXSTAR JUST FLASHED ON THE SCREEN, AT THE SHOW’S END. Ads, now. How will they fill the time coming up?
Midnight: JEOPARDY!!!
Easily found, of course. Great job, Jimmy and your writers and whole staff!
Kimmel tonight: "The president of the United States made it very clear he wants to see me and the hundreds of people who work here fired from our jobs” Kimmel said. “Our leader celebrates Americans losing their livelihoods because he can’t take a joke.”
“A government threat to silence a comedian the President doesn’t like is anti-American” he added.

Jimmy Kimmel Skewers ‘Anti-American’ Donald Trump in Tearful TV Return
Jimmy Kimmel is back and he’s made it clear he won’t be backing off Trump jokes any time soon.
In his 28-minute returning monologue Tuesday, Kimmel showed viewers an interview clip of Trump gloating over Kimmel’s suspension, declaring that Kimmel “had no ratings.”
“Well, I do tonight!” Kimmel replied, to mass applause from his audience.
“You almost have to feel sorry for him,” Kimmel said. “He tried his best to cancel me, instead he forced millions of people to watch the show. That backfired bigly.”
Kimmel then criticized Trump for his blatant attacks on free speech in his treatment of comedians.
He cried of course
“attempting to assassinate a major presidential candidate"
Why is the word “major” in that sentence? It seems irrelevant. Even “presidential candidate” is arguable as an irrelevant descriptor in an equal justice under the law legal system.
And, yes. I know the answer to the question.

Jimmy Kimmel nearly cries while speaking about Charlie Kirk’s death and apologizies for his past comments
I fail to understand why the right wing majority is willing to give away their own power.
Write or call their advertisers. It’s clear that works with Disney. Why not the ones who support the local affiliate?
They don’t need to be if they coronate a Reich-wing.
That is the supremely stupid thing about the SCOTUS fascists, they think they will get their kind of authoritarian government.
Of course, they are so completely plugged into the conservative Big Brother media sphere that they would probably drink the purple Kool Aid if ordered, so the word “think” is doing a lot of heavy lifting there.
Kimmel and Colbert didn’t hold back last night. Their ratings are going to soar. More people will look to them for actual news and all the ass kisser news orgs will be left to wonder why they lost their audience.
I predict that more than one of the Supremes will retire as soon as Mad Lord Yam’s administration is gone. Alito, Thomas, possibly Roberts. They’ll slink off to a comfortable retirement and never be held accountable for what they did to the constitution, but at least we’ll be rid of them.
