Why does “hesitant” translate into months and months of “hesitancy”? There are thousands with low or bad information; there are thousands who are militantly against vaccination because their media and their leaders are politically against it. Vaccine mandates do work to some extent. Too bad they weren’t introduced much sooner and imposed across the country, even in the former confederacy. At this point, people who are not getting vaccinated are not “hesitant,” they are “history.”

I trusted that the vaccine would work when it was available. Trump created the doubt and the alternative, useless “cures” because I’m sure he was told it could make him rich.
I despise the republicans for this trauma, but this is America. We will survive.

Indeed, I chose that term for its snark value. What I meant was things like expansions and hiring. In the current labor market, it’s the last thing we need. There aren’t enough workers for existing positions.
