The Jan. 6 Case Against Donald Trump Is Part Of America's Founding Story

Oh please. Garland was a huge mistake. But you think MAGA would have done nothing if Biden had replaced him with, say, Jack Smith?

Just admit Garland fucked up. As I said 100 times, when history came knocking, instead of answering the call Garland ran behind the couch and shit himself.

For history and good of the country, i’d agree.

But Biden’s hired Merrick for exactly what he got out of him. So it’s not like he hired Merrick to be an aggressive AG and got as passive one.

It was Biden mistake to hire him, biden’s mistake to keep him…

Replace “Garland” with “Biden”… i’m with you here.

As is the current problem with much of the old guard… Biden brought 1980s/1990s solutions to 2020s politics.

Merrick was hired to take the posture he took.

This is why I say you are mad at the wrong person…

Biden wanted what he got. If he realized his mistake he was either too weak to make a move or it was way too late. Either way. Buck stops with the president.

Just like now with Elon… I’m not mad at Elon for taking the approach he’s been hired to, i’m mad he was hired to take that approach in the first place, and worse, the president is sticking with an obvious continued failure. Buck stops with the president.

Oh I suppose so – although strictly speaking the founding itself could be regarded as done even as we continued to perfect the union.
