And then he’s had his little additional job – doing it all while masquerading for decades as an “institutionalist” whose. primary devotion is preserving the dignity of the Court, so he can fool everybody into thinking that he is not a hard-working pursuer of those other goals. And he’s been so good at this masquerade that he still seems to have a fair number of people (albeit those who don’t pay consistent attention) convinced that he is an institutionalist and thus not one of the most evil and dangerous creatures in the country.
