PA constitution has a lot of powerful provisions that work against GOP goals. And PA courts not afraid to smack down the GOP when they step over the line.
Once Amy Superspreader Barrett is installed, the Court will be rapidly issuing decisions that effectively give Republican-controlled states the right to implement 21st-century versions of Jim Crow. This will be especially prevalent in the Confederate South.
