"DHS said the agent in the fatal shooting of Joan Sebastian Guerrero, 26, in Maine yesterday fired after “fearing for public safety” — rather than fearing for his own life.

I’m not sure what to make of this exactly."

Well, DK, I’m pretty sure. It’s 99 44/100% Pure-Dee Bullshit.

There are many reasons to come to that conclusion. But really, at this point, one is a fool for not assuming that any such statement coming from Trump himself or anywhere in his administration is a direct and blatant lie.

He will now be known forever as a rapist. Forever. No more appeals, no more accusations. He’s a rapist.

It’s time to put on make-up. It’s time to dress up right.

“Feared for public safety”. Watch the whole video, it’s less than two minutes. This is what happens before the little bit you see on Reuters story.

A deal was struck to make TCF feel good. I would change the name to someone who didn’t turn their back on Canada. Let’s see, Terry Fox Bridge. He’s a worthy person from our historical past. Gordy Howe was a bully and stuck by the net harassing the goaltender. He was also slow on the ice. Not a great player.

Sorry, but the exaggerations must get larger with each telling. I’m waiting for 350 light years, or Astronomical Units.

Now, about that $80 million he got the fancy version of a bail bondsman to put up for him…

“it didn’t happen” > “you can’t prove it happened” > “we have evidence it happened but we won’t turn it over” > “we’ll show you the evidence but we’ll also try to sabotage the process” [YOU ARE HERE] > “it was just a few bad apples acting on their own initiative” > “the orchard might be a little sickly” > “okay, the rot is everywhere but that’s what we wanted”

This why DOJ and Blanche didn’t think it should be up to the bar to sanction government attorneys

sanctioning Trump’s lawyers and sending her order to bar authorities in two states that have open complaints against two of the three top DOJ officials, Todd Blanche and Stan Woodward

Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman … say they’re effectively bankrupt.

Financially joins morally. Cause and effect?

The problem I have with the rationale is that it’s so broad it doesn’t even necessarily have anything to do with the particulars of the situation in which the murder took place.
Honestly, for all we know the shooter imagined this law abiding driver would go on to degrade American society in some unspeakable way that has yet to be described.

I’m waiting for a new distance measurement, a “Trump”. A “Trump” will be in the books as 6’3" but tape measures emplying this unit will only measure 5’11"

It’s just as likely that the shooter hallucinated that the victim had a high-powered rifle, 5000 rounds and was headed for a school. If you can shoot someone because your delusions take control then the very notion of self defense is meaningless.

Why do we need real estate development when we’re deporting a whole bunch of people? And what land grabbing will be next, cemeteries?
