If it was just the death of a fellow rioter that was the concern you’d also be hearing about the woman trampled to death, Rosanne Boyland, by her fellow rioters. she was killed by them. Not a Cop or a Democrat…Antifa or BLM…them. But not a word.

She didn’t smash the glass, at least not on either of the two videos that have been posted online. Instead, she walks up to that side panel that has apparently already been smashed and immediately hops up into the frame in an attempt to get through. Then the cop righteously shoots her dumb terrorist ass.
And if they cop issued any kind of warning, it’s not audible on the videos. His firearm was already drawn and pointed at the window for several seconds before Babbitt tried to jump through it. But she did it so quickly that I doubt he had opportunity to warn her individually.

I pointed out a few weeks ago that the officer who shot her was Black (it appears that way in the video) and that was playing into the racist’s imagery of a Black man attacking a white woman…shades of Emmitt Till and similar events are what’s going on here. The reality is that she tried to break through in the front of a mob that wanted to get their hands on members of Congress, their staff, whoever they could, and then who knows what might have happened.
The white supremacists are just using their lies here to keep people enraged, while they ignore the multiple attacks against white women that happened that day. Roseanne Boyland was trampled by insurrectionists as they attacked police. Several white female reporters were attacked by insurrectionists; I suspect that we haven’t heard about all the things that staffers and media went through that day. And, of course, there were multiple white women among the police officers trying to stop what was going on, there’s video of them being attacked by white male insurrectionists.
We know the reality, the Republican party and white supremacists are depending on using their lies and propaganda to fool Americans into believing that 1/6 was not really a big event and should be ignored. This is why there will be a Select committee investigation, that’s the main avenue to get the truth out to people…and I really, really hope that they do a thorough job and lay out everything that happened.

And those two cops who had been standing in front of the door were a bit too anxious to stand down in favor of the dudes with armor and heavy duty arms. As soon as they prematurely stepped aside, the mob was smashing the shit out of those doors, and Babbitt started moving forward to leap through the side window.

At one time trump was a “Law n Order” POTUS who defended cops who killed folk (Cuz of course the “folk” involved were Black). But defend one’s self as a cop (while Black) and while defending members of Congress from a violent mob breaking down the doors and the person becomes the baby eating devil incarnate.
