McCarthy is prepared to give up almost anything to win the speakership, including the ability to be an effective speaker.
Actually, I think he is prepared to give absolutely everything. If he has a first-born or a son, I would strongly recommend laying low for the next two years.
As one of its last acts, the committee warned the Biden White House in a Dec. 30 letter that with the new incoming House leadership it could no longer assure the anonymity of cooperating witnesses.
So, when is the comprehensive list of House and Senate participants and interactions going to be revealed and doxxed? I saw nothing come out of the J6 reports that we didn’t already know and now the inmates are in charge of the asylum (as in, no prosecutions).

Will be interesting to see if the extradition, court and sentencing actually come to pass. My understanding is that he cannot be arrested in the Capitol, so I’m expecting him to take up permanent residence there for the next two years. Look at what he saves in rent on a DC apartment - it’s a win-win.

Which Covid-19 Mrs VH, high bigly plenipotiary church-lady, contracted from the church bookkeeper, who knew she was sick, came in to work on the books anyway and coughed all over Mrs VH and others. The Mrs unknowingly infected a number of other people at subsequent meetings, as did the church secretary. I contracted it 2 days later. I am in high dudgeon and on paxlovid.
Christamitey I hate stupid people like the church bookkeeper and Kevin McCarthy who shares much of the blame for this fiasco.
