The 6 Interlocking Schemes Fani Willis Is Trying To Make Stick To Teflon Don - TPM – Talking Points Memo

That refers to Coffee County, which Biden lost. It sounds batshit crazy that they were claiming that Biden should have won that county while arguing that he really lost the state, so my guess is that was meant to put a thin coat of gloss over the bullshit. “Hey, look. We can tell you the opponent won this county, so now accept our claim that he lost all the others.”

They’ve gone after election officials in other places where That Guy won, too. Presumably he should have won even biglier than he did, if it hadn’t been for those meddling vote-flipping Eye-talian military satellites.

It isn’t supposed to make any sense. Don’t try to understand it. You’ll only hurt yourself.

Elect a criminal clown, expect a criminal circus.

The problem was that these clowns proceeded like a ninth-grader trying to write a research paper. They came up with a conclusion, namely that the election had been stolen, and then tried to find evidence, any evidence, that they could use to cast doubt on the results.

I don’t think this is accurate (well, except for the truthers like Sidney Powell, but.) This was not a factfinding exercise, this was an attempt to reverse engineer a coup through the American legal system.

What they did was look at the outcome they wanted - Trump to remain in the White House - and realized that since he had actually lost (Trump himself admitted this in private) that they needed to sow enough confusion and doubt to give cover to the state legislatures to override the popular votes in each state.

This is why what John Eastman and Jeffrey Clark did was in the truest sense treason.

The audacity to write that letter with the DOJ logo at the top and tell Mike Pence he could do whatever he wanted while knowing plain and simple that those things were not true and there was no fraud and this was in fact just an attempt to stage a coup by baffling people with a blitz of bullsh** is so far beyond the pale.

They tried to overthrow the will of the people that they themselves acknowledged in a purely mechanical way. Clark was even willing to invoke the Insurrection Act to quell protests of the coup. Treasonous.

But for the backbone of a few everyday Americans, and even a few GOP who had a spine… this country could have gone to absolute sh$t.

Those everyday Americans deserve a coin or a bill, or a monument … they saved this country from a constitutional crisis.

Yup. He did the same thing after he won in 2016 because he knew his win was a fluke and he had to start laying the groundwork for a possible loss in 2020.

Thus really makes the whole Indictment a lot clearer.

You can be sure he blames the camera.

Stop calling him Teflon Don. Aside from being an insult to John Gotti, The Donald has never faced serious criminal charges before so he hasn’t slid on anything yet.

This, hopefully, will be enough to result in lengthy prison sentences for most, and certainly disbarment for the lawyers. Sad!

Katz, why not dawgs?
