It shows him with his wife and multiple children. I’m surprised she wasn’t barefoot and burqaed.

There are scientific words used for each state of the development of a child prior to birth, beginning with zygote. The words used by the religious fanatics are religion based, not science based.

It ends when the SC is forced to chose between upholding bedrock law and completely destroying that foundation to promote their partisan ideology.

Hopefully national or international companies with facilities or headquarters in Texas will find recruitment and retention of quality new employees difficult. This might drive big business from Texas or at least cause them to downsize there.

I made a similar comment. Hoping for a major impact on big business in TX that may have an even greater effect that our activism. Money talks and big money talks loudly.

They had lawyers in Bedrock? How far back does SCOTUS plan to go?

That’s the “again” in MAGA.

And how would Texas prove that an employee travelled to headquarters for an abortion? It’s an enormous invasion of privacy.

Win-win for the evangelicals.

If they can get the libs to leave their States, they still get to keep their 2 Senate seats, only now even safer red.

So they’ll be even closer to getting to running the country with a much smaller portion of the population.

We really need to get rid of the Senate.

Big article about this today in Times. Texas, Florida, and Georgia all think that they can ‘weather’ it because of their fabulousness: low taxes, “vibrant” business communities, low regulations, blah blah, blah. We shall see.

And wait: didn’t Brewski Kav say it was just peachy to travel across state lines to get an abortion?

They will have to do something like paying private investigators to tail people to other states. And they would be perfectly happy to do that.

Josh Hawley actually said this not long ago. Get the Dems in red states to move. That is absolutely the goal: Gerrymander the country.

Simultaneously shocking and yet wholly expected move by the fascist GOP.

Ironic that this group calls themselves the Texas “Freedom” Caucus. Apparently, they don’t support the freedom to leave Texas.

It has been my experience that 99.999% of the time when a group or bill has the word “freedom” in it, the ultimate goal of said group or bill is a degradation of freedom for the average citizen.
