Not every Rump appointed judge is a Loose Cannon out of Florida who wants her forum shopped by as many rightist forum shoppers as she can take on. But enough of them are, that the possibility should be ruled out before even bothering to do a traditional analysis of facts, law, merits of the case, etc.
