Montana Sen. Jon Tester is out with his seventh ad of the cycle Monday with a new spot touting his relationship with a disabled Afghanistan veteran. The ad features the parents of Marine Lance Cpl. Thomas “Tomy” Parker, who lost both legs and part of his left hand after stepping on an IED, talking about the relationship Tester built with their son while he was in rehabilitation.
