SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — A teenager running for mayor in a small Utah city says he never intended to go through with the Columbine-inspired plot to blow up his high school that landed him in juvenile detention.The 18-year-old Joshua Kyler Hoggan told The Associated Press in an email that he recognizes what he did was wrong. But, he insists that he never had any explosives or intent to bomb the school.
