Obvious prediction: the right wingers on the Court won’t want to let President Biden or his Democratic successors to steal money from the military to use for combating climate change or other real problems. They will rule against Trump. The decision will be 8-1 (because Justice Thomas is insane).

The Supreme Court always agrees to hear something Trump wants to push to the front of the line. What I do not understand is why SCOTUS did not make a decision back when the case was first brought to them? Isn’t that their job?
