Supreme Court Justices Balk At Red States’ Free Speech Absolutism In Social Media Case

Getting a little circular here.

Silly human, that’s MTG’s prints in North Georgia.

I was alive when that McCarthy was spreading his poison but still early in my White Sox fandom. I was politically aware and somewhat active in the early anti-VN war and civil rights era. Much more after quitting school, getting drafted and returning to school.

:joy:

I have always bristled at the “yelling fire in a theater” example. It is a juvenile prank albeit one that may inconvenience even endanger some. It ought to be fully protected by the First Amendment. Guns, weapons, firearms etc endanger people as well…

I have more issues with non-disclosure agreements that are intended to protect criminals and criminal businesses. It endangers public safety and national security.

In case you missed the latest infomercial from Melon Mush. I wonder whether he’s tried it with xylazine? Maybe Melon and Skanky can share their recipes for ketamine and adderall edibles. Does Melon have the same stench issues that Skanky does?

Can drug users work on Space X?

The self-driving features on the Tesla are great for drug users. Only rarely do they back into a pond.

“Not only should Aileen Cannon not be sitting on this case, but she should not be sitting on the federal bench at all. This is utterly nuts.”

The judicial systems in Florida and Texas are corrupt. Perhaps that has something to do with their immigration problem.

After all, Congress doesn’t want to fix it. What’s to stop corrupt states from taking advantage of the industry?

I don’t know for sure. Elaine Chao’s shipping magnate sister died when her Tesla backed into a pond in an unfortunate accident.

The weight of the batteries, they drop like boulders.

ETA. My niece has the smaller sedan. You get about 20k miles from the tires because of the weight.

Oh yeah.

Duh …lol

Intelligent thoughts?! From that two-bit intellect with childish religion and all the white male privilege. Please. I don’t think intelligence is a factor here. Although, he might be persuaded that killing his best thoughts in the cradle is thought abortion. He will need to talk to his priests about that one. He needs to find out who he’s supposed to kill to stop that sin. Right?

So the red states should be unanimous with regard to citizens posting negative comments on the Facebook pages, and on the Twitter accounts of elected officials?

Anything less would be censorship!!

They can’t even justify their case at the SCOTUS without lying. If they were not there because of the falsehoods that RW media constantly pukes out, maybe they would have gotten a more sympathetic hearing.
These losers will just never get it.

Social media appear to be controlled by some people who will squeeze out every last nickel that their little enterprise can provide. People who utterly lack ethics, and as long as they continue to get richer, have no care about what it does to society or its people.
I long ago quit Facebook and never indulged in Twitter for that very reason.

But is that not exactly what DJT has proposed for his policy in his second term?
