IIRC, plaintiffs had through today to submit a motion. Maybe that happened and this extension is to digest it?
It would seem to me the easiest way to be rid of this is to find the suing doctors didn’t have standing and that the judge shouldn’t have heard the case.
That would leave the right with the option of another bite at the apple down the road.
The religious fruitcake branch have already decided, this may be Roberts frantically scrambling to keep the stay to salvage a fig leaf of respectability.
