Well we know how peevish Alito is about failure to receive proper respect he believes his due. Just makes me wonder how disrespected the guy might feel to be expected to do all these incompetent putz legislatures’ jobs for them.

You read right past resolution in the lower courts by the 2024 elections. That doesn’t mean that there won’t be a subsequent appeal to the US Supreme Court (along with a stay application) that could delay the re-redistricting.
