This is why I warn that we have to make news. Can’t just be whining or commenting on this stuff. There is no legal process that is going to suddenly kick in when the Schmeppsteen stuff drip drip drip becomes overwhelming.
Even though it must, and should become overwhelming there is no evidence that will happen. Our current media, for good or ill and not even always intentional…has a furious pace and a blizzard of content and literally ANYTHING can get drowned out or become stale in this Attention Economy.
This isn’t going to hit some kind of critical mass without a lot of help.
The drip drip doesn’t work like it used to, nor the way we want it to. People have been burying and ignoring this story for decades now.
