Ace and True Value sell the same Hillman made-in-China crap “grade 2” fasteners as Home Depot and Lowes. If you don’t want your bolts and screws to strip or twist off when driven, you have to buy grade 5 or 7 at least. Also made in China, but no matter where you live, you’re going to be pissed off when cheap* pot metal fasteners do what they do under torque.
