The Fox/Trump take on Cohen as a witness doesn’t even make any sense. In almost every single criminal case where you have small fish testifying against the big fish, the small fish has almost always committed and admitted to crimes. Almost any time a witness flips on someone, it involves a witness who was up to no good themselves. It’s like team Trump doesn’t even know how criminal trials work, or else they think everyone else is too stupid to understand how they work. Yeah, we all know Cohen was a scumbag — that’s kind of the whole point.
