The federal court system isn’t up to the challenge. They have no means of enforcement, but instead, have procedures which mandate one delay after another, infinite opportunities to postpone, second chances and up. Weeks, months, and even years can go by while the perpetrators continue to perpetrate.
Like I said earlier, it’s as if we had no police but had to depend only upon the courts to deal with a mass shooter.

This can be enough to legitimately deny a visa, which was the case with the Brown U. professor allegedly associating with Hezbollah. Although she was denied due process in the deportation.
This situation with the alleged TdA members is a far more serious breach of the law, because it’s not just deportation based on association, but actually throwing them in prison with no due process or accountability.
