On MSNBC today, Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) said he was sick of Republicans “whining about the cost” of the health care bill, which he said is “not intellectually honest.”When asked about Sen. Judd Gregg’s (R-NH) comments about the price tag of the bill, Brown said he was somewhat surprised by them since Gregg was among those who “voted for cloture back on the Medicare privatization, the giveaway to the drug and insurance industry in 2003. They didn’t try to pay for that, they didn’t even try to pay for the war in Iraq.”
