Trump is failing. Now he wants to take out Iran’s regime, but has no plan as to what would provide security in the aftermath. The GOP talking points are about peace and ending war, yet war thrives these days. And he’s damaged most of our diplomatic and intelligence relations with our traditional partners.

While the child may be citizen, if both parents do not have SS#, then they are not eligible for child care credit. It’s all about citizenship of parents vs the child citizenship for eligibility.

So, any updates on the other draconian cuts? e.g., destruction of the US science R&D infrastructure by imposing 40% cuts on NASA, NOAA, USGS science programs? crippling of US medical R&D with major cuts to NIH/CDC/…? when do Democrats gets to challenge some of the crazy riders, like enabling Trump Admin to ignore Judges?

The Senate Finance Committee is proposing a smaller increase in the Child Tax Credit. Senate Republicans are planning on increasing it to $2,200 per child rather than the House’s proposal of $2,500 per child.
And yet…they want to pay women $5000 to have a child.

If anyone here does their own taxes and wonders why the forms and instructions are so complex … well, here it is. Republicans. It’s also a great way to prevent anyone who doesn’t have a stable full of corporate tax accountants from benefititing.
