Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE) slammed President Donald Trump’s administration on Sunday for using “cruelty to children” as a “tool of immigration policy.”
Well, Coons, why aren’t you calling out your Senate colleagues on the other side of the aisle who keep Lucying the ball on you for enabling this shit?
Hirono, Lee, Markey, Menendez, Merkley, Paul, Van Hollen and Wyden voted against the bill.
Any statements from any on why? I’m hoping because it wasn’t stringent enough in controls.
I’m concentrating on the game, but it wouldn’t surprise me if Hirono and Coons concerns are the same.

that;s a very liberal bunch, (except for Paul), so I assume it was because the bill was lacked oversight provisions in the House bill.
And I notice that Coons is not on the list of those who voted against it-- just another hypocritical corporate Dem whose only goal is self-aggrandizement.

They did push the U.S. a lot more than was comfortable to watch, that certainly wasn’t a relaxing match…
I was a bit bored watching/listening to it. I had faith that they were going to win or at least create a classic (they did both), so unless I was an actual spectator, I really wasn’t into the final that much.
Now I was totally into their match against England and I blame Piers Morgan for that.
