Cute…1 week under 16 weeks which is the usual bitch point. Justice Barrett promises to give the arguments at least 5 minutes consideration before asking “why not 12 weeks” and voting hell yeah!

It’s OK, Justice Breyer has made it clear he will refuse to retire and will make sure he lives long enough to ensure McConnell gets to pick the next Justice to replace him.

At some point, medication abortion may make this whole issue moot.

When a woman can get a couple pills delivered in a non-descript envelope and take care of the issue at home, the anti-woman mobs will lose the theatrics of protesting at clinics.

A 15 week ban on abortion essentially bans a number of contraception devices. If upheld will the residents of Mississippi be forced to buy them on line?

There are only three abortion providers in the whole state, there were only 2550 such procedures in 2017, so for practical purposes it’s already banned, but really who wants to live in Mississippi anyways?
