Maybe to force the goopers onto the record as voting for justice handmaid? Takes 51 senators for a quorum, but I’m not sure the vote has to be anything but a simple majority of those voting. So it could be 10-0, with 41 voting “present”.

It would be so cool (in a schadenfreudey way) if a GOP senator or two voted No, resulting in a tie that Dense couldn’t break because he has to self-quarantine. I know it’s not going to happen, especially the first part.
