The GOP Senators reacting with outrage over the mention of a CBS report that Benadick Donnie two scoops is vindictive does draw attention to two scoops’ vindictiveness which Benadick cannot stop, no way, no how.
Adam Schiff is right to put a laser focus on this, because it says everything about the reality that, yeah Donnie is gunning for any Senator that votes against him, particularly if they happen to be GOP. It is what makes him Benadick.
I do wonder if Schiff game played this beforehand, and realized the GOP would take an “off-ramp” outrage at some point, and put out an easy one to grab, hoping they would, but one that would do maximal damage.
Yeah, the GOP hucksters are pretty predictable.

Oh, I think Trump is very interested in what his “enemy” of the moment is saying about him. Trump loves to see his name out there, and inveighing against the lib enemies like a rampant orange bandicoot is what he and the maga crowd need to for bonding.
