I have a strong suspicion this truce won’t hold up any better than any of Trump’s ceasefires with Iran. And if the Pope agreed to a truce, it’s only because he didn’t want to meet with JD under any circumstances, and because Jared and Witkoff couldn’t find a business angle to hook the Catholic Church into.
