Notice he did not say what he thinks.

This is just more proof that Murdock makes the Kool Aid, but he doesn’t drink it.

I think Wilbur Ross could find out on one of his nightly trips home to the underworld.

Murdoch called Trump an idiot. Good to know. But seriously folks, we can just add Rupie to the pile of right wingers (usually nameless) who privately admit such things. There are cynical republicans who are more or less reality based, and then there are the brainwashed cultists who believe in the infallibility of the Dear Leader. Murdoch was never one of those. He’s in the same group as McConnell and Graham. They can read the writing on the wall, and Graham said as much to Klobuchar today. They just hope that the party operatives can thoroughly ratfuck the election.

Murdoch declined to comment directly when asked by the publication about the remarks attributed to him by associates — saying “No comment except I’ve never called Trump an idiot.”

Rupie also called Trump an a-hole.

Graham is destroying our institutions and norms at a pretty good clip, too.

I mentioned a couple weeks ago, that R projection has gone quantum. They have abandoned just projecting their own evils on other people, Graham had done this numerous times recently…committed grievous abrogations of the rules and said that Dems would be committing such scandalous malfeasances IN THE FUTURE to cover for why HE is committing them now.

Also good to know. BTW, I never agreed with the premise in the question “would you rather be an idiot or an asshole?” People used to say that years ago. I always thought it was a false dilemma.

One can’t sell shit to morons by telling the truth…

The good people of SC are on to him. He will probably be able to try something new in January because he’ll be gainfully unemployed in the new year.

I hope this is true,I also hope that someone pulls Joe Biden to the side and tell him to stop using the B word,
Bipartinship, its dead Joe,if you didn’t learn that when you and President Obama ran the show,I am concerned.Case in point, they are already putting you on obstruction notice,

It’s kind of like the justification for cannibalism. You would do it to if you were in that situation. (I saw the movie about the whale ship Essex not long ago, probably why I thought of this)

That’s assuming the Republican Party still exists in 2022.
I think a huge rout this year will cause the Republicans to split into at least three parties. They’re already a coalition of groups that hate each other, but have found common cause in maintaining power. Once the power is gone, they’ll turn on each other, each blaming the others for the loss.
If the Democrats can stay reasonably united and do some good things for peoples’ lives, in 2022 each race could be a Dem opposed by candidates from three or four parties all splitting the right-wing vote. That wouldn’t lead to much of a backlash.

It’s Michael Wolff (grain of salt alert) who has stated this, but i thought it was oddly funny that Murdoch would just blurt that out.

Even if it’s true, it’s not impressive.

Money talks, and Trump is not everything.

Let Murdoch tell us “privately” where his political contributions are going.

Me too. That’s always a sign of a truthful confession. It’s like Trump and his mini-stroke.

He can’t say it out loud, at least now. Maybe later, but right now, there has to be an assumption that peace is possible.
