Could be something as simple as foreclosure by his lender (not gonna bother looking lol). Bankruptcy might have triggered default and the prospect of him being rendered incapable of paying would obviously be setting off alarm bells with all of his creditors.

They get to chase his ass into the netherworld until they are paid in full or a bankruptcy judge gives Rudy a discharge…and I’m not even sure if Rudy chose the form of bankruptcy proceeding that would involve one. I imagine he did though, given the absolute shitshow he’s facing. I refuse to check though, because I kinda don’t care haha…Rudy’s sole purpose for me at this point is as an object of ridicule and source of schadenfreude.
