Does the Secret Service have to let a process server approach tsf. If rudi submitted the invoice, it seems the time for contesting it has long passed. And if he didn’t, well, he knowingly lied under oath.
Maybe they can sell one of tsf’s minor remaining buildings. (Or maybe, if tsf tries to maneuver, they can get an order for forensic accountants to go over the campaign’s books.)

Let’s summarize.
Drump, RNC hire Rudy to lawyer for their Stop the Steal campaign which is based entirely on lies. Rudy loses all his litigation cases on their behalf, gets himself sued for telling lies, blows off his paperwork for the court, gets hit with $148M in defamation damages, makes big headlines when they start stripping him of his assets. That’s bad lawyering and Rudy’s invoices remain outstanding. Very bad lawyering. Fuck, I wouldn’t pay him either.
