Ross Claims China’s Deadly Coronavirus Is An Opportunity For US Job Growth

Nah, that’s just a photo op. His real diet is the blood of the living.

Ross is an IDIOT plain and simple …

New opportunities in grave-digging - alas, poor Wilbur!

My God. Is there an a-hole factory somewhere that custom builds these guys for Trump? Ross probably thought “A Modest Proposal” was a modest proposal.

That face. Every time I think, no, Mnuchin is the one I want to punch most, I forget about Wilburrrrr.

It’s good to know we have the best people on the front lines during an emerging pandemic, doing the hard intellectual work.

Aside from the pesky details of how to get US infrastructure up and running to replace the Chinese production, what if the US is hit hard by the virus?

And not only that – this virus is going to permanently change the landscape. Like flu. Or SARS. Or swine flu. Or AIDS. 'Cause nobody ever goes any more to countries that have those viruses.

Duh. By the time they’d build capacity in the US, they’ll have a damned vaccine for it.

Excuse my diversion here, but this is making me think of Homeland, which I am currently watching (season 7, I think).

The show writers are going there, with a storyline about a new, presumably liberal (female) president. The military and CIA decide that she isn’t behaving how they would like in terms of foreign policy (I think; that was last season), so they attempt an assassination. She responds by clamping down hard and arresting a bunch of innocent civilians and now there’s a cold civil war going on, with a Rush Limbaugh guy and outbreaks of “patriotic violence.”

It’s great but friggin’ frightening and now that I’ve explained, I have no idea why I’m subjecting myself to it.

yeah, ralph. but by “dershowitz logic”, if their motivation is that it would be good for American business, then it is ok.

Ross needs to have a chat with whomever is left at the CDC and NIH about the spread of viruses in the 21st century. Or he could have a chat with my friend who is an epidemiologist working on dangerous disease preparedness and bioterrorism at the Center for Health Security at Johns Hopkins, after working with the WHO. She’d be happy to explain it to him, even though she’s a little busy right now.

He’s the willing host to an alien intelligence in the form of a giant blood sucking leech, which keeps Wilbur alive only to the extent of providing sustenance in the form of Wilbur’s bodily fluids. Wilbur has lost his will to this annelid abomination.

So couldn’t the same be said for foreign businesses with plants here in the US, for say the measles? Or how about our drinking water contaminated with “forever chemicals”?

Never EVER pass up an opportunity to show the world what heartless rotters the US really is. THAT’S winning the ‘hearts and minds’…oh yeah.

Hmmmmm…underscoring all the Deplorables’ beliefs about liberal women politicians and the need for prepping.

No need to wonder where the MAGAts get their confirmation stories.

" Outbreaks of disease are among the ultimate tests for any leader who wants to play on the global stage. They demand diplomacy, decisiveness, leadership, humility, and expertise—and they quickly unearth any lack of the same. “As far as I can tell, Trump has zero experience on this,” says Jack Chow from Carnegie Mellon University, who has worked at both the World Health Organization (WHO) and the State Department under Colin Powell. “If I asked him, ‘What is your stance on global health?,’ I don’t know what he’d say. I don’t think anyone really does.”
