Low likelihood of recidivism?!?!

I’d be all for no jail time for Zippy The Pinhead Stone as long as Damnatio memoriae is the alternative, including digital media.

But of course…

No greater likelihood than a certain former reality TV show host.

If Trump is going to pardon him anyway, Judge Berman-Jackson should give him the maximum allowable sentence. To make a point.

Shorter Stone: “well, I’m an orphan, yer honor!”

Pretty sure that his parents are willing to confirm that.

Grifters and Con men…this is what we’ve come to. Remember reading about Boss Tweed and Tammany Hall in the history books? Clearly, Trump and Stone took it as a road map…

I have no doubt that the judge who Roger attempted to instigate an assassination against by Spankees bat shit supporters will be very willing to show him leniency. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

He gleefully aided an international conspiracy to subvert our national election and now he says simply being arrested and tried for it is punishment enough, the poor man. I wonder that the universe itself is wide and deep enough to contain this freak’s shamelessness.

LOCK. HIM. UP.

OK, no jail time. Draw and quarter the prisoner.

Since obstruction of justice is today’s American Exceptionalism of course he should receive kudos rather than jail time. But then we’d forgo the opportunity for Dipshit to pardon him coincident to his perp walking two decorated senior military officers out of Mar-a-Lago North, formerly the WH, one for doing the opposite of what ol’ Roge did. Up is down and War is piece in Bizarro world.

Well if Trump and Barr keep replacing US Attorneys with their true believer minions, like in D.C. and the Flynn case, Stone might get his wish. Although, thankfully, the judge has the final word.

"He claimed that his “history and characteristics, including his low likelihood of recidivism and significant health concerns, all favor a sentence that provides punishment without incarceration.”

I wouldn’t bring up his history and characteristics as a selling point.

“In this case, including a trial more public than most and the corresponding loss of his professional standing, the process is itself significant punishment,” Stone said in his sentencing memo.

If he walks free from all this his opportunities for making money will treble due to “owning the libs” and “sticking it to the man”. This episode would prove to be one of the best things to ever happen to him. It’s how Wingnut Welfare works.

That’s going to be changed in the second term.
