Doesn’t sound like ‘jamming up’ to me.
The Senate got over 1.5 million per day during the cabinet confirmation process in 2017.

Think of something underhanded and they have tried it – from this nonsense, to Gaetz and his pizza party, to the “Brooks Brothers riot,” to Lee Atwater and Newt Gingrich and Tom Delay, to lying to Congress, to actual high crimes and misdemeanors in the White House – nothing is too low for the modern Republican Party.
Now count the number of times they have succeeded.
Maybe we should take seriously their claim that the death penalty is a deterrent.

“approximately 11,000 callers flooding almost three dozen congressional Democrats’ offices with complaints.” so … roughly 36 congressional offices getting hammered with an average of 305 calls pumped into them … - if the total phone time / follow-up / administrative requirement averages just 10 minutes per encounter - the generates an average of 50 hours worth of work for each targeted congressional office … since congressional offices are not magically scale-able in terms of ability to handle constituent needs - yeah - this is kind of a form of targeted sabotage by the assholes at the RNC
