Here’s hoping “the Chinese shit” is really the B.1.1.7 variant.

He also showed up in Valley Park, MO before AZ. He convinced the city council that they could ban immigrants from the city, and demand proof of citizenship before landlords could rent apt or houses to people. It all ended up in court, and revoked, but the plus side was Kobach took his money and ran away.

As I have posted before, this was not an Administration; it was a semi-organized criminal conspiracy.

Has to be “guilty” to come back so quickly.

Just saw that as well. Posted below

Very quick and I agree - just don’t know which count he’s guilty on yet.

I’m assuming the strongest of the charges.

I hope so and I have a feeling that is the case, but we’ll see.

Personally I favor your suggested analog version. I presume you meant whiteboard with scrawling across it. A spider’s web of connecting strings and the poorly resolved photos. That is pretty cool. And whoever is in charge dashes about muttering and pounding an index finger on the cards and tracing the strings, shouting “Can’t you see? Can’t you see? It is all right there!” Then he or she rattles off an address in New York that ends up in the warehouse district (There is only one right?) and everyone manages to speed across town and hit the site in minutes. Actually they were all in Des Moines and still made it with great traffic. It is sort of like NCIS making the west coast in a blink of an eye. Once they enter the building they find a locked chest. Knocking the rusted padlock off with the butt of a glock, the box opens to reveal [Individual-1]'s pulsing heart and the cringing slime mold that the heart feeds on. Rescuing the slime mold and setting it free, they douse the heart with a diet coke and it sizzles until it is withered chunk of Trump Steak, well done. The final stroke is to sink the heart in a vat of ketchup, seal it in a used 55 gallon drum of crude oil. Then they bury it under one of the sand traps in the nearest Trump owned resort. Concrete is then poured into place, sealing it all away and special warnings that will last many millennia will be put into place in hopes no person will ever dig it up and open its evils onto the world ever again. The world suddenly becomes fresh and good again, the air is sweet and restorative. The birds will whistle Disney toons and the clouds will dance a merry joi as they go by. Life will return to the planet and go one to grander things.

FOIA is found under 5 USC 552. The exceptions are found under section (b). (b)(6) if it would be a clearly unwarranted invasions of a another person’s privacy which would include email addresses - but should absolutely include names in my opinion. (b)(7)(C ) could reasonably be expected to constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy and (b)(7) D) could reasonably be expected to disclose the identity of a confidential source, including a State, local, or foreign agency or authority or any private institution which furnished information on a confidential basis, and, in the case of a record or information compiled by criminal law enforcement authority in the course of a criminal investigation or by an agency conducting a lawful national security intelligence investigation, information furnished by a confidential source. Lastly (b)(6)(E) would disclose techniques and procedures for law enforcement investigations or prosecutions, or would disclose guidelines for law enforcement investigations or prosecutions if such disclosure could reasonably be expected to risk circumvention of the law.

I think that the privacy exceptions are too broad and I hope that TPM pushes back to get more information.

If I met Kobach face to face I would demand proof of his citizenship. And a D L won’t cut it. Show me a valid birth certificate. If not bye bye carpet bagger.

No, but I have played Adventure a long time in the past.

I would hope the strongest of the charges, but if there was a hold out, my guess is that it might be third degree murder, the middle charge.

Just a agues, because there’s always one. But this really was a pretty extreme case.

If somebody held out, there wasn’t much of an argument over it because they came back fast in my opinion.
