The actions described here are aptly addressed at 18 U.S.C. 1512.

These are not hearings, these are depositions and the pigfucker 'pubs and 'baggers are represented in these depositions by attorneys.

Kick their asses out and sanction them!

All of this has the desperate fetid smell of the Battle of Berlin while Hair FĂźhrer sits on his fat ass in the bunker hoping that someone, somewhere can get him out of this crisis of his own making.

I believe that the tweet got it wrong. It should say “…about to lead these phallics…”

Gaetz seems eerily similar to the early version of Cruz when he was running for Top Asshole in Congress back in the day.

I look forward to ‘centrist’ Dems still sticking with the 1980s idea that they can work with these bad faith actors.

Also "When pressed on the Republican talking point that closed-door hearings prevent transparency in the impeachment inquiry” I am getting really fucking sick of how disingenuous republican talking points dominate our media and national discourse!

Nah, no one’s panicking and shitting bricks. This is just good old fashioned democracy in action, kids, and these are some real swell patriots! Why, they brought pie and everything!

Where was Matt Gaetz mother nine months before he was born? Anywhere around NYC? He’s more Fat Donnie than Dumb and Dumber.

So should we start a pool on wether the Dems actually punish these GOPers for this?

(especially for the security breach)

He looks like the Matt Damon character in the Wolf of Wall St., only dumber and meaner.

This illustrates first, that the GOP really isn’t fit for power in a democracy. Second, that they’re ferocious and smart when it comes to politics. This stunt won’t get them anywhere, substantively, but in the world of perception, and in terms of inflaming their base, it will actually go far. I’m not suggesting that Democrats adopt this particular tactic, but perhaps understand that the role of the House is not simply to pass legislation but to bear the torch for your party and its supporters, and to communicate your position creatively and aggressively.

That is true, but you’d need a DOJ prosecutor to agree …
