The mayor of Medford, NJ resigned a month after he was accused of soliciting sex with a man from the gay escort site Rentboy.com.In a letter to Medford town manager and clerk on Monday, Chris Myers said that “my work commitments will not allow me to devote the time that is needed in the months ahead. That is why, today, I am resigning from the Medford Township Council, effective immediately.”
