He’s out of his mind. He stands in front of them and claims the virus is over – he beat it of course, he the great Trump – and meanwhile, it’s on the rise all over. He touts the stupid jobless figures as if they mean something, as if we’re not still in the deepest hole we’ve seen in decades. Tomorrow he’s going to be signalling complete victory because the market closed 800 points higher. Or did he do that already today? It’s hard to follow his inanity so I don’t listen.
Have to add, the markets are as crazy as Trump. Desperate not to believe we’re in a long term crisis and it will be slim pickings as far as money to be made.

This is Trump’s plan to eviscerate the WH Press Corps. By forcing them closer together, they are all more likely to get infected by COVID-19, thus greatly thinning the number of reporters inclined to ask Trump “nasty” questions.

His idea of uniting is intimidating the other side enough to shut them up. He hasn’t been able to do that here to us, but Modi’s done a better job over there and Trump is in love with him because of it. Of course Modi’s losing losing his grip now with the women’s and student protests, but he had a good ride, and Trump probably figures Modi can just shoot the protesters and can get back on top again. India’s that kinda place, right?

The sell off was investors making money and 401ks losing it. The Investment bank then reinvest when the market is down, and juice it up so folks put their money back in, then they sell again when the smoke a mirrors clear…
