Ex-Giuliani friend Lev Parnas received significant financial help for a project he was working on from a Ukrainian official who attended the 2017 inauguration and met with President Trump, the Wall Street Journal reported.
You know who isn’t in 217 selfies, 61 videos, 49 audios, and 187 text chats plotting international criminal schemes with Lev Parnas and being introduced to money-laundering post-Soviet mafioso?
When you prosecute Mobsters, you have to rely on the testimony of the foot-soldiers to bring down the Don.
They are invariably unsavory criminals in their own right, but that does not mean they are not telling the truth about The Don.
The guy who brought down mob boss John Gotti was Sammy “The Bull” Gravano, who as an “underboss” in the Gotti Mob, admitted to involvement in 19 murders in exchange for his testimony, which brought down the entire Gotti Mob.
It’s the price you pay for the “greater good”.
Nasirov is a plausible candidate to be Lev and Igor’s Ukrainian benefactor in funnelling foreign cash to the GOP and angling to get Ambassador Yovanovitch canned before they hooked up with Giuliani later on. I had assumed it was Lutsenko because of his emnity for Yovanovitch, but Nasirov fits the bill too.
I’m giving you a like on this one, but it will be rescinded if Hillary shows up in a photo with Lev. That’s probably less than a 50/50 proposition, but the guy does have a shit-ton of photos.
That inaugural platform had more Russians and Russian agents than Americans on it. 45* 's next campaign hat should say RIGA on the front.
(russia is great again)
Oh she was there all right - pulling the strings, transferring money off-shore. It’s just her super-secret invisibility armor makes her impossible to photograph.
I’m convinced that the Republicans’ mutual love of corrupt Soviet Communists, goes back at least as far as the George HW Bush Administration. Lev Parnas was 17 when the Berlin Wall fell and in his twenties as Putin was consolidating power by buying loyal Communists off.
I’m fairly well convinced that, if Sen. McCain were still alive, this party wrangling over rules and amendments would look very different. The outcome wouldn’t be entirely assured, either.
