There are literally no responsible adults in his orbit. Anyone with a modicum of maturity self-deported or was booted. Otherwise he could be committed and put under psychiatric observation. I think D.C. like any other governing entity would have procedures for that. But someone has to say there’s a problem here and get it working. Usually it’s loved ones or police. But he has no loved ones and the police work for him. Sticky wicket.
ETA unsurprisingly D.C. does have laws on involuntary commitment.

How does he think infecting his base will do anything for him? For sure some of those infected people will show up at the polls, and infect thousand more, but he will lose anyway.
Maybe he wants to get even, screw the costs.

He just might start getting serious care when that damn steroid is tapered off. Julia Ioffe has a serious case of covid and said that’s when hers got bad. In a severe case there’s the viral build-up phase first and then the inflammatory phase when you get really sick. If that happens his broken brain will be the least of his problems.

He is difficult to wrap my mind around. Sure I can be selfish , self centered at times, but I get over it when I stop and think.
I guess the difference is that I dont think of myself 100% of the time. He is more of an animal then a man.

He has malignant-type Narcissistic Personality Disorder. He has three and only three needs: gather narcissistic supply, avoid and deflect shame, blame and humiliation and get revenge on those who deny him narcissistic supply or shame or humiliate him by contradicting him or merely being smarter, better looking or more successful.
And that’s it. Reason, strategy, common sense or an intelligent calculation of his own best interests matter only to the extent that he and others will retrospectively try to impose them as rationales for actions that are about his three needs and nothing else. The institutional inability of the MSM to process this reality and adjust its paradigm accordingly is how we got here.
He is drowning in shame and blame now. Polls, covid, tax returns, imminent prison. He needs a fix of adulation from his rube cultists or he’ll mentally collapse. He not only doesn’t care if they die, their willingness to die for him is a source of narcissistic supply.
