Back in the 50’s or 60’s they prosecuted Marine Corps drill instructors who got quite a number of recruits killed thru negligent training tactics. I don’t see why this asshole and his governors shouldn’t be prosecuted once sanity is restored to the country, if that is even possible anymore.

In general there is legal immunity for elected officials and the decisions they make as long as they aren’t going outside the law.
But surely we can figure out some exceptions for these murderers.
