Convicted felons are not prohibited from running for the Presidency, nor prohibited from serving if they won. The current electorate are just the sort of insane posse that would be happy with Trump running the country from a jail cell.
And you only have to thread the Electoral College needle to the tune of about 42%>45% of cast ballots to win.

OT⌠Seems like Republicans are doing their best to keep Georgia Purple, not only are Trump allies trying to import the Arizona style audit here, but none of the GOP representatives voted for the 1/6 commission and seems like all of them voted against the anti-asian hate crimes bill. The GOP recently lost GA 6th and 7th districts that were solidly red due to educated women getting sick of Trump, not only are they doubling down but they also pissing off the Asian community, of which there are plenty and prominent on those two districts.

Itâs just talk. DeSantis canât stop it. He might be able to delay it but he canât stop it. However, to avoid even a delay I think NJ is preferable too.
