A sixth woman, who works as a staffer at the New York State Executive Chamber, has accused Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) of sexual harassment, the Albany Times Union reported on Tuesday.
How many will it take? Sixty? Resign already, will you? It’s over!

This may be true. Maybe no one ever used precisely those words.

Yes, old school behavior. Biden had similar problem but got passed it. But with Cuomo it’s much more than “being friendly”. And he can’t use the alpha dog excuse either. Just a creepy guy pressuring married women, married women who need to keep their jobs. Sinful on so many levels.
Biden is a completely different generation.
Cuomo is a baby boomer.
Biden is not (1942).
From the sounds of it, I don’t think their behavior is all that comparable either.
Sure – hound him out of office – Maybe he can go join Al Franken in the Democrats eat their own club – why not wait till the official investigation is concluded – is that so hard.
I’m all for due process and I don’t think he should resign, but it isn’t looking good for Cuomo.
Six thus far?
Really it’s probably hundreds. Guys who behave like him – his big mitt always finding the small of a young woman’s back (as though that isn’t sexual? It sure as hell is!)* – are in continuous motion, always driven by sexual compulsion.
*It fits the standard laid out in Pulp Fiction, when giving the boss’s girlfriend a foot massage was proclaimed to be non-sexual. “Oh, yeah. You ever give a foot massage to a man?”
It’s true that Republicans are mostly disingenuous hypocrites and are hardly in a position to criticize Cuomo. It’s also true, though, that Cuomo has outstayed his usefulness and is now little more than a net detriment to the NY Democratic Party. The sooner he bows out, the better it will be for everyone. His career won’t survive this and he needs to realize that soon.
